INGREDIENTS
Cold Foam
4 tbsp Torani Puremade Vanilla Syrup
2 tsp Mascarpone Cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 tbsp of milk
Pinch of salt
Latte
2 shots IMACK Espresso
Milk of choice
Ice
Cocoa powder and ladyfinger, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cup froth/whisk mascarpone, heaving cream, Torani Puremade Vanilla Syrup, milk, instant coffee and salt until creamy.
Fill a separate glass with ice and pour in your milk of choice, espresso with syrup, and top it off with the mascarpone cold foam.
Dust the top with cocoa powder and top with a lady finger to garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
