INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp crushed rose petals

  • 2 Two Leaves Chamomile Tea Sachets

  • Milk

  • Water


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat milk and 2 tbsp of crushed rose petals

  2. Remove from heat and allow rose petals to steep for 15 minutes.

  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. You may need to re-heat milk.

  4. Steep 2 Two Leaves and a Bud Organic Chamomile Tea Sachets in ½ mug of boiled water for 4 minutes, then remove sachets.

  5. Froth milk and rose mixture and pour over Chamomile tea to fill mug.

  6. Sprinkle a pinch of rose petals on top.



INGREDIENTS

Cold Foam

  • 4 tbsp Torani Puremade Vanilla Syrup

  • 2 tsp Mascarpone Cheese

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee

  • 1 tbsp of milk

  • Pinch of salt

Latte

  • 2 shots IMACK Espresso

  • Milk of choice

  • Ice

  • Cocoa powder and ladyfinger, to garnish


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a cup froth/whisk mascarpone, heaving cream, Torani Puremade Vanilla Syrup, milk, instant coffee and salt until creamy.

  2. Fill a separate glass with ice and pour in your milk of choice, espresso with syrup, and top it off with the mascarpone cold foam.

  3. Dust the top with cocoa powder and top with a lady finger to garnish.

  4. Serve and enjoy!



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp. Tea Zone Matcha Powder

  • 2 tsp. sugar

  • 3 tsp. warm water

  • 1 cup milk


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a cup mix and dilute 2 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. Tea Zone Matcha Powder, and 3 tsp. warm water.

  2. Heat 8 oz. of milk in a saucepan and use hand mixer to froth the milk. (Or use an espresso machine to steam and froth, if available.)

  3. Pour milk into glass with matcha mix.

  4. Scoop foam on top, garnish with matcha powder.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
