INGREDIENTS
1/2 oz. Monin Chai Tea Concentrate
3 oz. milk
Top with:
2 tbsp. IMACK dark roast coffee (ground)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. hot water
Cinnamon powder and star anise, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
To make Dalgona add coffee, sugar and hot water in a bowl. Use a hand mixer or milk frother to whip the entire mixture for about 2 minutes
Fill serving glass full of ice.
Pour Chai Tea concentrate and milk in serving glass.
Stir gently to mix.
Top with dalgona coffee mix.
Add garnish and serve.
