INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 oz. Monin Pineapple Purée

  • 2 oz. pineapple juice

  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice

  • 3 oz. tonic water


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker, as listed, except sparkling beverage.

  2. Cap and shake vigorously.

  3. Strain into a chilled serving glass.

  4. Top with the sparkling beverage.

  5. Garnish and serve!



INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pumps Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor

  • 1/2 oz. Monin Watermelon Purée

  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

Top with:

  • 5 oz. club soda

  • Lime, mint sprig to garnish


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker, as listed, except sparkling beverage.

  2. Cap and shake vigorously.

  3. Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.

  4. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz. Monin Blackberry Sangria Mix

  • 5 oz. cold brewed coffee

Top with:

  • 1 oz. coconut milk


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill a serving glass full of ice.

  2. Pour ingredients into the serving glass, as listed, except for cold foam ingredients.

  3. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.

  4. Use a blender or frother to mix the cold foam ingredients or combine in a shaker cup and dry shake vigorously until the mixture is bubbly.

  5. Top the beverage with cold foam, garnish, and serve.
